This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website flowlaspalmas.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), whose owner is identified above.

Browsing the Site grants the user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions in this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal provisions that may apply. If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Site.

3. Terms of use

The user agrees to use the Site and its services in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, public morality and order. In particular, the user agrees:

• Not to use the Site for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.
• Not to introduce, store or distribute computer viruses or any code that may damage the Site or third-party systems.
• Not to carry out advertising or commercial exploitation activities without the owner's express authorization.
• Not to impersonate third parties or provide false data.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to texts, images, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, source code, databases and any other distinctive signs — is the property of the owner or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

In particular, the illustrations by our collaborating designer and the visual identity of Flow Las Palmas are original protected works. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

The user may view the Site's content, print it or download it exclusively for personal and private use, with no commercial purpose.

5. Exclusion of liability

The owner is not liable for damages that may arise from:

• Interference, omissions, interruptions, viruses or disconnections in the operation of the Site.
• Delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in the Internet or other electronic systems.
• Third-party actions that violate the rules set out in this Legal Notice.
• Inaccuracies, errors or lack of timeliness of content originating from external sources.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Google Maps, Instagram, reservation providers such as Qaproveche, among others). The owner is not responsible for the content, policies or privacy practices of those sites. Inclusion of these links does not imply any affiliation with the linked sites.

7. Bookings and events

Table reservations and event registrations are managed through the Qaproveche provider. Use of those services is governed by that provider's particular terms, without prejudice to the obligations that Flow Las Palmas assumes regarding the fulfillment of contracted service. In case of discrepancy, Flow Las Palmas's direct communications with the customer shall prevail.

8. Modifications

The owner reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy at any time without prior notice. Modifications take effect from their publication on the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
